Dubai real estate market - results of March 2023 

According to the report of Dubai land department :
- in March 2023, 12,155 property sales transactions worth $9.2 billion were competed in Dubai.
5,735 transactions worth $5.8 billion - secondary and ready properties 
6,420 transactions worth $3.4 billions off-plan properties

Compared to Match 2022:
- Volume grew by 45% and value rose by 53%
